Anthony V. Feroci, Jr., Attorney

Anthony Feroci’s practice is focused on Elder Law and Estate Planning. He works closely with clients to protect their assets from estate taxes, nursing home costs, probate, inadequate planning, and creditors. While there are common issues in these areas of law, every client is different. Assets, family dynamic, mental capacity, age and specific goals make every situation unique. Anthony brings a deep understanding of the issues and uses his expertise to develop a strategy that will be most effective for each individual client.

Anthony Feroci has been practicing law since 1996. He attended Northeastern University and the U.N.H. School of Law. He is a member of Wealth Counsel and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Anthony is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
